Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

As per the regulations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their representatives can issue a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent mentioned below. Being an internet service provider, we are eligible for protection under the “safe harbor” terms of the DMCA from allegations of infringement.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed;
- Details about the infringing material to be removed, along with information to assist in locating it;
- Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax;
- A statement from the complainant expressing a genuine belief that the unauthorized use of the material has occurred; and
- A statement that the provided details are accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
According to Title 17 USC §512(f), individuals who misrepresent information knowingly in the notification of infringement are subject to legal penalties including expenses and attorney fees.

It should be noted that information from copyright infringement claims may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you consent to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must be in writing and include the following elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury expressing a belief that the material was removed mistakenly;
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court.

Policy on Repeat Infringers
We have a stringent policy on repeat copyright infringements. As per the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we maintain records of DMCA notices and take action against repeat infringers by terminating their accounts.
